Vivo V20 SE is the latest addition to the Vivo's V-series, and it is positioned as a more affordable version of the Vivo V20, which was launched last month. Vivo V20 SE Summary

Vivo V20 SE is a more affordable version of the Vivo V20 and caters to a more affordable price segment. It has a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch at the top. The display has good viewing angles and also houses an in-display fingerprint scanner. The V20 SE is tall and slim and packs in a 4100mAh battery and comes with a 33W fast charger in the box.

Vivo ships the V20 SE with Funtouch OS 11 on top of Android 10. The UI is customisable and you get a few preinstalled apps on the device. Vivo has picked the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC and paired it with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This chipset isn’t the most powerful in this price segment.

The V20 SE sports a triple camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera also capable of macro photography and a 2-megapixel bokeh camera. The V20 SE performed well for closeups but landscape shots could do with few improvements.

Not worth buying at this price looking at the specs

Why do Vivo and Oppo both keep their prices high and provide lesser specs as compared to their competitors with less powerful processors at price of above 25k? The same SD 720 processor this V20 comes with is in the phones that come below 20k price range like Realme 7 pro, Redmi Note 9 pro max. Also this phone comes with a triple camera whereas Realme 7 pro and Redmi Note 9 pro comes with quad camera. Also this phones comes with older design of waterdrop notch whereas most phones even under 20k segment come with new front design of punch hole display. I surely wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. Better option is OnePlus Nord which comes with SD 765g 5G processor and has quad display and with better specs than Vivo V20
