The entire process from the time of order, to delivery and installation was performed in a timely fashion. The installation was completed on the 2nd day itself, though they had provided a week's time frame. My mom was very happy with the technician, who installed the air conditioner. She wanted me to make sure I rated his service excellent. He was considerate and understanding to my mom, who is aged 72. Thank you to the Flipkart and the Voltas Team for making this a memorable experience.
