Its very good A/C i m using this in my office in very humid conditions and on those conditions it work excellent the only problem is with the service team of voltas after one week of purchase no one has come for installation

I have been using this AC for past two weeks. I am happy with performance. It does silent and effective cooling. After comparing with blue star, this seems to be really good deal since Bluestar split Ac with 3 star rating is costlier than this AC and this Ac has cu-cu copper pipes while Bluestar has aluminum pipes. I have previously owned both Voltas and Bluestar Ac and Bluestar has slightly better build quality but difference is minimal. This Ac is really good deal for this price !

Amazing product..Got this from Amazon with exciting offer at very less price... Delivery was smooth and installation was perfect.. Many wrote about aluminum tube but the installation engineer said voltas only provide copper one and thus no aluminum tube.The product is amazing. Cools the room super fast.Thanks Amazon for the amazing offer for this product.

To start with, got it for an amazing price!! Also tried to buy through a friend in TATA group. 25% discount is available, but the AC has to be bought in his name. So went ahead with Amazon. Prompt delivery by Amazon and prompt service by Voltas. The technician has come to install the AC within 24 hours. Unfortunately he has to wait for 1.5 hrs due to power cut!! Suggested him to attend other installations and return to me. He obliged and returned to set up the AC very professionally. Job done very neatly. 5 stars for his service. Charged 1500 for installation and 750 for ODU mounting stand.Getting used to AC. Took time to understand the operation by Remote. I have seen that many users are complaining about back light. Not sure what it is, observed that the remote buttons are radium illuminated. So in the dark, there won?t be any issues with operation.Overall, 5 stars for an amazing product!!

No issues so far. Delivery was prompt by Amazon (within 3 days - that was awesome!) Been a couple of weeks since installation & the machine seems to be working fine. Installation was prompt. Infact there was a same day offer by Voltas to install. All in all, a good buy.
