Company is not providing free installation. Need to follow ourselves to installation and charging 1500.

Installation not done, person asked for 5500/- in place of 1500/-.

I purchased this from local market and using it since a year.I am getting very bad smell while I start AC for few minutes.Behavior of service person is also not good.I explained him about getting very bad smell when I start AC but he simply did general service and not give any valid reason. Very rude service!Worst service from Whirlpool!! Think twice before purchase!Hope this review helps to someone before buy this Whirlpool product.

5 days complete not complete installation ..

No cooling at All even normal cooler works better than this

The out door unit which i have received is not copper and all the specs say it is copper

On description you mentioned it?s copper but the delivered one is aluminum
