Wickedleak is one of India's smaller success stories when it comes to our homegrown Android device industry. Like all others, its devices are imported from China, but Wickedleak seems to be widely known and liked by buyers. The company doesn't use slick marketing or advertising like some of its competition, but has built up a name (and a very quirky one, at that) because its products have consistently been good performers and are priced quite reasonably too. Following the Wammy Passion Z and Z+, the new Wammy Passion X has quite a few tricks up its sleeve. It's based on an octa-core processor and has a full-HD screen, but the headline feature is its water-repellent "super-hydrophobic" coating, which the company claims makes the phone largely impervious to all kinds of liquids.

Wickedleak Wammy Passion X mobile was launched in February 2014. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels at a pixel density of 443 pixels per inch (ppi). Wickedleak Wammy Passion X is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Wickedleak Wammy Passion X runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 2500mAh removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Wickedleak Wammy Passion X on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports a 3-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
Wickedleak Wammy Passion X is based on Android 4.2 and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 64GB). The Wickedleak Wammy Passion X is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Micro-SIM and Regular cards. The Wickedleak Wammy Passion X measures 141.00 x 69.00 x 8.95mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 150.00 grams.

never buy this phoneSudipto Biswas (May 1, 2014) on Gadgets 360i was stupid to take chance and buy the product bcos of its features...but in absence of service center, dont take chance with such hefty amount...i have been harassed by the company and the phone touch function was not working....they offer 1 year warranty and free pick up for servicing which are totally false... they were reluctant to give the address of mailing and after uploading the photos and videos n number of times and being confirmed that the display was intact, i was given the address and shipped the phone and was told that even during transit if something happens, that would be my liability... they did not respond for days and after insisting, they have uploaded a photo of a phone whose display is cracked and said that i will have to pay rs 7500 as crack on display is not covered under warranty....actually they want to shy away from responsibility...i am going to consumer court rather than pay for an amount by which i can buy another phone...so frnds pls dont buy this phone and rather invest in a reputed company ... sudipta biswas, kolkata, mail id biswas1234@yahoo.comIs this review helpful?
