  On the basis of phone's over all performance , the phone is quiet good but the service of this company is too bad. Cause of this review:- (There is a Auto Brightness issue in the phone when we hide the light sensor the display light should be reduce but in my case the screen becomes black - no light, so I decided to go to the service centre (E-26 Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi.) I submitted this phone on 8.07.2014 and they told me you can receive it next day. Next day I called around 10:00 am but the number was busy and after trying too many times , finally a lady picked the phone and told me that " the phone is not ready yet, we will call you or you can call here to know the status of the phone." ok now after 4-5 days I called them to know the status and they told me still the phone is not ready yet, I insisted them that I am not be able to manage without my cell phone and requested them to give my phone as it is back to me,, and they told me ok sir you can take it, but when I went there they told me that phone is dispatched to the company and not come yet. now they told me to come next day and assured me.When I reached next day they gave me "White model of the phone But I had black" If I have back cover of that phone which is in Black color then How can they give me white model of that phone , and the phone was used and the edges were dirty and scratched screen too But the one I gave them was almost like the new one. So why should I accept that hence I told them to replace it with the New one or Give me my old phone back with same IMEI no. they told me that i will take one week. I said ok.(Jahan itne din ruka,, kuch aur sahi) Now, Today is 22-Jyly-2014 and I called them ,, I asked if my phone is ready or not, they told me yest sir you can come and collect your phone,, I told her to please check twice and confirm ,, she replied "sure sir the phone is ready" I told her ok I am coming to collect my phone. When I reached there I gave her Job Sheet ,,, I thought my phone is ready and she will give withing 5-10 min but I waited for 20 min and asked her "when I will get my phone" but she ignored, I again asked her and she told me he is doing my phone. after 10 more min. she gave me phone this time a black one,, with new display then I checked the IMEI no. and its showing invalid IMEI no., I gave them back then again they took my phone and told me to wait,,,,, I waited for 20-30 more minutes and she again come with the phone and this time IMEI no. showing but different,, not my old phone IMEI's so I asked them why is that they told me the motherboard was changed (But it was a sensor issue ) but when I checked the phone I noticed a cracked edge of the phone and the camera also looked like tempered,, Finally I asked about the In-Charge and she(Afr**n) told me to write problems on job sheet. I did that and she told me ,, it will take ONE MORE WEEK.. :D I was literally laughing on that. means it will take almost a month..

• XOLO Service Centers are Cheats!

  I had purchased a brand new Xolo Q 1000 on 13/2/2014.The Phone developed a small problem that it was not getting charged. We gave it to the Xolo Service Center vide Notification No: 310000703154 in the First Week of September. We received a message on 25/9/2014 ?Dear Customer, Your XOLO device submitted vide Notification No: 310000703154 is repaired. Kindly collect it from Service center at the earliest?But when we picked up the device, it was not my Mobile but some other OLD Mobile with Display Problem and some other IMIE number. I sent my staff back to the Service Center to return the OLD SPOILT phone they had given and ask for my phone back. They said that the company replaces the mobile if your mobile is not repairable. But my Phone was a new Phone with a small problem and according to the message, ?It is repaired?. The phone they replaced was OLD and SPOILT. I think the Service Center took my new phone and gave me a useless old Mobile and took advantage of the situation to generate personal profit and benefit. On forcing them and arguing a lot they took back the Phone and told that they will ?try? to give back my phone vide Notification No. 310000794998. ?Dear Customer, Expected delivery date for the product submitted vide Notification No. 310000794998 will be 31.10.2014. For any query, call us? Can you imagine I am for two months without my Phone! Absolutely shabby, name-sake, fraudulent Service Center. I have sent this as an email to Xolo Care ? lets see what they do. If they don?t do anything I have kept the letter ready to complaint to the Consumer Court at ?Mumbai Suburban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum?I recommend everyone never buy Xolo Phones. They are useless. Spend little bit more money and buy some better brand. Living my life without a smart phone now.

  MOBILE IS VERY GOOD BUT CAMERA NOT SO GOOD MY MOBILE CAMARA TOTALY NOT WORKING I DONT NO APPROX REPARING COST.PLS SEND REPARING COST

  Friends please don't purchase any mobile in XOLO. They are not having any spares for service. Once you give your handset for service, they will give an alternate lower model used mobile with less warranty and with extra service charges. I have given my XOLO Q1000S for replacing the touch screen during Jan'2015. But still they are neither return my mobile nor giving new mobile.
