Reliance Jio Digital Services looks all set to launch a new Jio app, called the JioHealthHub. The Reliance Jio health and fitness app is available in its preview form for Android on Google Play, and the company has not made any announcement yet regarding its launch.

As we mentioned, the JioHealthHub (Unreleased) app is currently listed on Google Play, and it can be downloaded and installed. The JioHealthHub listing page notes the app may be unstable due to its unfinished form, and we did face some issues right off the bat. Of course, at this point, it would only be fair to describe the app's purpose. The app requires a Jio ID to log in, limiting use to Reliance Jio subscribers.

According to the JioHealthHub's app listing page, the app's purpose is to Manage, Retrieve, and Share medical and health data - its cloud storage makes all this data available to you on the go. Reliance Jio Digital Servies says storage and sharing will be secure, and the 'health-related files' like medical images, prescriptions, medical bills, and lab reports that users upload will only be available to them. JioHealthHub users can share them with their care provider and family members, who will be able to access this data in a read-only form. Users of this Reliance Jio app will have control on whether the data can be shared further.

The health data that Reliance JioHealthHub users choose to upload to the app, or receive from partner healthcare providers as well as other users will be automatically categorised into neatly labelled and visually differentiated folders, making it easy to find. There's also a central repository on the app called My Health Folder which contains all the files of the user. Partner labs and hospitals will push test results and other requested data directly to the app.

Users will be able to share entire folders of health data on the JioHealthHub, and folders being shared by the user will look different from folders being shared with the user. This Reliance Jio app also lets users maintain a medical profile, contain vital data such as blood types, known allergies, family history, and previous illnesses. Lastly, JioHealthHub users also have the option to track certain health parameters, and the company in the listing page says it will add more support for tracking through devices soon.
