Many, many articles have been written about BlackBerry's fall from grace; about how it completely failed to read and respond to a changing market, and the sequence of poor judgment calls that transformed its product line from a dominant cultural force into a vaguely unpleasant memory. This is a company that managed to alienate its core user base, eliminate the feature they loved most, and not understand for years what it had been doing wrong. The post-decline BlackBerry product line has had more misses than hits and the appeal of the platform has all but evaporated.And still, the company isn't dead. Despite our scepticism, the concept actually worked for us. Helped in no small part by BlackBerry’s decision to go absolutely top-end with the hardware, construction quality and user experience, the Passport is a device that you’d love to show off – even if it’s not your main phone. The square screen helps get a lot of work done and is very easy to read text on. Support for most Android apps the BlackBerry platform isn’t such a handicap anymore.

Just Awesome...Nothing Like Anythig!Noni Gm (Apr 4, 2015) on Gadgets 360Disclaimer: This is Not for Everybody. It has a Class of it's own. This is the most unique and innovative device in the recent times. Unfortunately people have a biased opinion against it. but only those who owns it knows what kind of a beast it is. Its just awesome. The experience is so unique and classy. You can easily feel the difference when you hold it in your hand. If you can afford it and still bit confused whether to buy it or not then I would suggest you could give it a try. 99 percent chances are that you will end up loving it and the whole experience. Highly recommended for BB Lovers or former BB users who were passionate about the BB experience.Is this review helpful?

This smartphone would have rocked in AndroidAmmit P Chawda (Aug 20, 2022) on Gadgets 360 RecommendsI owned the Blackberry Passport Silver Edition back in 2017, I still have it but can?t use it as most of the applications don?t work, This smartphone would have rocked had it been introduced in Android OS, blackberry missed on a lot of tricks in order to try to reorganise itself and thrive in the smartphone market. I loved the design of this phone specially the keypad was smooth, battery life was great aswell and the phone was unique. Hope Blackberry comes back to the smartphone market and relaunches itself.Is this review helpful?
