A small and powerful AC. Cooling is perfect and effective for my 12 x 13 size room.

Its been a couple of weeks, works fine, low sound which also depends on quality of installation, the guy who came & did the window work did a decent job. As of now i am happy with the product.

Installation was not done properly , and even though I bought it with free standard installation I was demanded 700 rs . Also the warranty certificate was not signed or stamped

product has been delivered timely but installation was done after 9 days,due to the several times persuasions. very poor workmanship of installation by untrained person.

Free installation service of Rs. 1500 is there. But u did not provide it. When complained customer service said u pay it sir we will refund it later. But till now they have not refunded. Only dates are given that we are resolving

Flipkart has no credibility . I was promised that the installation of the air conditioner I have bought from flipkart will be done by 9 pm tonight but as usual maintaining it's own record no one came or called. And now I have been told that it will take 3 more days. My question is if you can't provide your promise why do you make it and is this a habit lying to customers.. u have lost your credibility

I purchased this AC on Friday, 21st April-17, got this delivered next day by flipkart (promt as always). The free installation was scheduled on Monday, I got the confirmation message from the Bluestar as well, but its Wednesday now and nobody has showed up till now for the installation. I am not sure now, whether I should return the product now or I should use it as a center table. :/ Highly disappointed by the services till now, and flipkart is equally responsible for same too. I ended up calling multiple times to flipkart customer care, blustar customer care and the service center guys.

Offer was for free installation worth rs 800. But I have to pay for carpenter,electrician,wire,board etc. Only advice was free. Thugs!!!!

Product delivered but status no update in flipkart due to this reason installation process delayed 4 days
