Phone software problem in just 20 days of purchase

Hi.. I purchased this phone Celkon A10 as I thought its a good deal.. I am a regular buyer from Amazon. I have given the phone to the respective service center in Kolkata, India on 18th June at 12noon but till now I have not received any report of my phone as I ws promised to get a call by the end of the day on 18th June, 2014.I request Amazon to look into this matter and revert at the earliest.Thanks in advance.
