In 2018, we can pretty much expect a majority of smartphones to sport trendy 18:9 displays. We’ve already seen this feature trickling down from the flagships that launched this year to several mainstream models. Until recently, it was only the Micromax Canvas Infinity which had this kind of display in the sub-Rs. 10,000 market. However, we weren’t happy with its performance in most areas so it’s not a model we’d recommend.
InFocus Vision 3 Summary
The InFocus Vision 3 boasts of a 5.7-inch, 18:9 display in the front. The body is built from plastic but it feels quite sturdy. There's a fingerprint sensor around the back, which isn't very quick at authentication. The phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6737H quad-core So and also comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. There's support for 4G VoLTE, FM radio and Bluetooth 4.0. It runs on Smile UX, which is based on Android 7 Nougat. The Vision 3 has a 13-megapixel rear camera, which is an average performer. It also has a 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor. Battery life is good as the 4000mAh battery easily manages a full days' worth of usage.
