Our weekly column Personally Tech is a space where you can get an inside look at the tech that's powering the people behind your favourite products. Most recently, we've caught up with the heads of online car showroom Droom, local services marketplace Qyk, and gift card company Qwikcilver.

They've talked about the different apps and gadgets that they love, and this time, we spoke to Manish Chopra, the man behind location-based deal finding app Little. The app can help you get deals that range from health diagnostics to ice cream parlours, and it works pretty seamlessly. Chopra is a gadget addict who loves buying the latest "tech toys". Here's what his setup looks like.

Describe your technology setup - what computer/ phone/ tablet/ camera/ gaming console/ or gadgets do you use?
Manish Chopra: I use technology to stay connected with my family, colleagues and friends, but really, I'm a gadget freak so I love to experiment with tech-toys. The latest gadgets I've bought include the 12-inch MacBook, the iPhone 6 Plus, and the iPad Mini 4. Other than these, I also keep a OnePlus One for testing and to experience Android apps personally.

I'm also using a Moto 360 with the OnePlus, and a Fitbit Charge HR with the iPhone. I also bought an Amazon Echo, and I have an Xbox One with Kinect.

What are three apps (mobile/ tablet or PC/ Mac) you cannot live without?
Manish Chopra: I am foodie and I love to explore new restaurants. I find great deals on restaurants in different cities and localities using our Little app and because I travel regularly I also rely on the Uber app a lot. The third app I can't live without is Flipboard, because it keeps me updated with all the latest news.

Which is the one gadget (other than your phone) you never travel without?
Manish Chopra: I travel throughout the week between Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, and I carry two phones, which keep running out of charge. To keep my phones charged, I always carry a power-bank, so I keep buying new ones to get the best, and can't travel without one.

What is your dream gadget/ technology setup?
Manish Chopra: I absolutely love watching movies, so my dream setup isn't actually that high-tech - I'd love to put together a fully functional home theatre, with comfortable recliners, for the ultimate movie watching experience.

How has technology changed the way in which you work?
Technology drives every part of the way I work, but that also means that I have to fight it from driving me - it can't become the only thing in your life. Switching off is the only way that I get some sane moments to think and clear my mind, which helps with my health and my work both.
