Every week, we look at the way leaders from different fields use technology in our regular column, Personally Tech. We've talked to authors and CEOs - from companies as diverse as Nvidia, Bacardi, and Saavn - alike about the apps and gadgets they can't live without.

This week, we caught up with Sankalp Agarwal, CEO and Co-founder, TravelTriangle, a holiday tour package marketplace that connects travellers to agents who can help organise not just tickets and bookings, but also plan out the entire holiday for you. Agarwal, an avid backpacker himself, says that ever since he's launched his company, he can't imagine traveling without his laptop, and a dongle for Internet access. Read on to know more about the apps and gadgets that he can't live without.

Describe your technology setup - what computer/ phone/ tablet/ camera/ gaming console/ other gadgets do you use?
Sankalp Agarwal: My technology setup is very functional and efficient. Since I travel a lot, I need something that is compatible all across and if need be can be easily repaired.I am using two laptops for two different areas of work. For everyday office use I have my Dell Latitude E6540. It is good for long hours of working. My Macbook Pro is something on which I ideate a lot.As far as phone is concerned, I am using a feature phone and a One Plus One. I also use an iPad Mini with Retina Display. I'm an ardent photographer so I use a Nikon D5200.At home, I have a Samsung Smart TV, which is connected to the network, and sometimes I use the TV as a monitor for my laptop as well. I also have a Vodafone MiFi dongle, which I use in my car. I don't own a console yet, but I'm very keen to buy an Xbox One with a Kinect, and someday I want a phone with an HD projector as well.

What are three apps (mobile/ tablet or PC/ Mac) you couldn't live without?
Sankalp Agarwal: I am hugely dependent on Todoist, Gmail, and Feedly for my day to day prioritising and working.

How has technology changed the way in which you work?
Sankalp Agarwal: Working in a startup means plug where and when you are required. Technology allows me to have a roving seat. I don't need to be holed up in my cubicle, it allows me to work seamlessly in any team of my company and also remotely. I can happily spend my travelling time to work as my car is Wi-Fi equipped.
