Yahoo kicked off its Mobile Developer Meetups in San Francisco earlier this year, and the company is bringing them to India for the first time later this month. Yahoo Mobile Developer Meetup will be held in New Delhi on June 24 and Bangalore on June 26.

Mobile Developer Meetups will offer updates and tips on how to best utilise Yahoo tools like Flurry and BrightRoll, as well as provide developers in India a closer look at the Yahoo Mobile Developer Suite, a new suite of services that's built on five offerings - Flurry Analytics with Explorer, Flurry Pulse, Yahoo App Publishing, Yahoo Search in Apps, and Yahoo App Marketing.

Speaking about the upcoming meetup, Jarah Euston, Vice President of Analytics and Marketing, Flurry, said, "India has a vibrant, rapidly growing app developer community. As a mobile-first company, we understand the need for app developers to have a strong mobile analytics and monetisation engine. The Yahoo Mobile Developer Suite can help developers build their app businesses, monetise and create better experiences for their users, to stand out in today's crowded app market."

Yahoo announced the purchase of app analytics platform Flurry in July last year. Flurry provides 200,000 app developers the mobile analytics they need to better understand their users - specifically around audience, usage, and performance. During the meetup, the Flurry team will share key insights and trends from the app universe - both at a global and at regional level. The meetup will also feature a mixer to give participants an opportunity to network with fellow members of the mobile startup and developer community.
