  The Phone Stopped working all of a sudden. With great difficulty reached Intex service centre at Lajpat Nagar. The staff in intex service centre at Lajpat Nagar are arrogant and rude. The service centre says that it is open from 10 Am but till 10:30 in the morning no-one to respond to you. On depositing the phone I was asked to enquire on phone after half an hour. On making a call in the afternoon a rude reply is recieved saying "how can you expect the phone to be repaired within a day".
