  please buy hp or dell laptop but dont buy lenovo. from day 1 i m facing issue with it. everytime i talked to their executive they all be like its your mistake we cannot do anything. for everything it is customer mistake for them their product is king. it is perfect for them. from day 1 my laptop hinges were loose so i informed them about this. first they were arguing that it is your mistake we cannot do anything. but after fighting alot with them they changed it. now after few months i found out their service man broke my screen. now they are saying we cannot do anything chage the screen it will cost you around 20000. this pc works slow as hell i didnt have a single thing in my pc still it was freezing . when i told them about this they said increase your ram. we cannot do anything. when i went to increase my ram their were no extra slot for extra ram. service man said buy 8gb ram it was costing me double than 4gb ram. so please buy hp or dell dont go for this chinnese company. there are only 2 speakers which they say made by harman but tbh 500 rs speaker is better than them it feels like some old chinnese phone is playing music.
