Asus's alleged PadFone Infinity A86 smartphone has popped up in the GFX benchmark results that reveal details about the device.
As per the GFX benchmark listing, the device will sport a full-HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution; however there is no word about the size of the display. The tablet is code-named PadFone T004 and runs on Android 4.2.2.
Additionally, the notorious @evleaks has also leaked some specifications of the rumoured PadFone Infinity A86. The tweet said, "ASUS A86 is the next PadFone Infinity: Snapdragon 800, microSD slot, noise-cancelling mic. In white."
The leak by @evleaks suggests that the successor to the PadFone Infinity will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, will come with expandable storage and a noise-cancelling mic. The tweet also revealed that the alleged PadFone Infinity A86 will come in White colour. The specifications for tablet dock have not been revealed yet, though.
At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013, Asus officially announced PadFone Infinity, an LTE smartphone with a metallic design and a 5-inch full-HD display that can turn into a 10.1-inch tablet when docked to its companion PadFone Infinity Station. The PadFone Infinity runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, and an Adreno 320 Graphics processor. It has 2GB RAM and offers 32GB/ 64GB of internal storage. The PadFone also supports LTE connectivity and NFC. The PadFone's 5-inch screen features a screen resolution of 1080x1920 pixels with a pixel density of 441 pixels-per-inch, while the tablet's 10.1-inch screen has a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels.
