-- FLAMBOYZ (@flamboyz) April 28, 2014The leaked list suggests that the Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 6.0 UI update will be rolled out to HTC One, One dual-SIM, One Max, One Mini, Butterfly S, Desire 816 and Desire 610. While the Android 4.4.2 with Sense 5.5 UI is now available for devices listed above. The list also claims the HTC One and HTC One (M8) will receive the next Android 4.4.3 upgrade by June-July and May-June respectively.
The news falls in-line with the official HTC announcement for an Android 4.4.2 with Sense 5.5 UI update for Desire 601 now being available; HTC Singapore had announced that the Desire 601 was receiving the Android 4.4 KitKat update last week. It also confirmed that the update brought Senses 5.5 UI for the handset.
The leaked HTC firmware upgrade list also suggests that the Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 5.5 UI update has been cancelled or not planned for a number of devices - namely HTC One X, One X+, One XL, One S, One SV and One V - launched in 2012 and 2013. Further, the leaked list further indicates that these devices will not receive the Android 4.4.3 with Sense 6.0 UI.
The leaked list also hints that the Play Editions of the HTC One (M8) and HTC One will be receiving Android 4.4.3 update by May-June this year.
An earlier report, contradicting the current leaked list, suggested that the 2013 flagship will receive the Android 4.4.2 with Sense 6.0 UI update in May.
