Samsung announces Galaxy Win, Galaxy Trend II and Galaxy Trend II Duos smartphones

Samsung has added a few more members in its Galaxy family with the Samsung Galaxy Win, Galaxy Trend II and Galaxy Trend II Duos. All these three smartphones have been listed on the Samsung China's official website.

Samsung Galaxy Win (GT-I8552) packs in 4.7-inch screen with WVGA TFT display. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with Adreno 203 GPU. There is no word on the RAM or the internal storage available on Samsung Galaxy Win. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and houses a 2,000mAh battery. For camera, there is a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It is dual-SIM smartphone.

This smartphone comes pre-loaded ChatON app and China specific apps Sina Weibo and QQ. There is no word on the official price for this smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Win is expected to make a debut in Vietnam next month but the availability details for the rest of the market are sketchy as of now.Samsung Galaxy Trend is the Samsung Galaxy S Duos variant in China.

Samsung Galaxy Trend II (GT-I739) is its successor. This smartphones sports 4-inch WVGA display. It is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor. Just like the Samsung Galaxy Win, Galaxy Trend II too runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) There is a 3-megapixel snapper on-board and 1500 mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Trend also comes with dual-mode CDMA/ GSM connectivity, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, and microSD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy Trend II Duos has near identical specs apart from the fact that it is a dual-SIM smartphone. Also this smartphone does not come with dual-mode CDMA/ GSM connectivity that Samsung Galaxy Trend has. There is no word in regards to when both these smartphones will start retailing and for what price.

There are also speculations going around that Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy Ace 3 by end of May.
