The OnePlus One was one of the biggest success stories of last year, if not in terms of sales numbers, then at least in terms of the recognition the phone gave to a fledgling startup that didn't even exist 20 months ago. The company set out to make a 'flagship killer' that offered high-end specifications at half the usual price, and delivered on that promise - at least on paper.
OnePlus 2 Summary
OnePlus 2 mobile was launched in July 2015. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. OnePlus 2 is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The OnePlus 2 runs OxygenOS 2.0 and is powered by a 3300mAh non-removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus 2 on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
OnePlus 2 is based on OxygenOS 2.0 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage. The OnePlus 2 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The OnePlus 2 measures 151.80 x 74.90 x 9.85mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 175.00 grams. It was launched in Sandstone Black colour.
Connectivity options on the OnePlus 2 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.10, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer.
As of 16th December 2025, OnePlus 2 price in India starts at Rs. 19,999.

Somewhere it is mentioned that fingerprint is slow but we have not felt like that as its working smooth if calibrated good. Its very much durable on shocks as well as in extreme conditions. I'm an admirer of OnePlus and the phones they have launched. Camera quality is A W E S O M E !! FP Scanner is too good. Battery life is decent. Only problem is OS- OxygenOS was a bad choice.
