BUYER BEWARE FOR THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE THIS MODEL OF OPPO. Nobody should buy this mobile cell from any dealer or seller as the body of the mobile is very sensitive. It's screen will get crashed immediately if gets pressed slightly even if you care too much for this model. Also, neither dealer or seller of the company take any responsibility nor they take care for customer's real issue. Both Seller and Company's officers of OPPO Mobile phone take excuse under the head " screen has damaged and its not covered under warranty" This compels the customer to pay additional charges towards screen repairs of about Rs.2778.00 Most disgusting thing is that Even if the mobile is purchased within few days before,neither company nor seller/dealer of OPPO MOBILE take responsibility to get it repaired free of charge. ALSO NEITHER THE SELLER/DEALER NOR THE COMPANY PROVIDE ANY AFTER SALE SERVICE TO CUSTOMER. THEY COMPANY EMPLOYEE SIMPLY FOLLOW THE MECHANICAL POLICY. THEY DON'T TRY TO UNDERSTAND REAL ISSUE/PROBLEM OF THE CUSTOMER. COMPANY SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE OPEN WINDOW FOR EXCEPTIONAL CASE AND SHOULD TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER. COMPANY IS ONLY LOOKING FOR ITS PROFIT WITHOUT CARING FOR CUSTOMER'S GRIEVANCES. BUYER SHOULD NOT BUY THIS MODEL AT ANY COST. IF YOU BUY, YOU WILL BE LOOSER.
