The Oppo Find X3 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The Oppo Find X3 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Find X3 on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.2) camera; a 13-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 3-megapixel (f/3.0) camera. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.4 aperture.

The Oppo Find X3 runs ColorOS 11.2 is based on Android 11 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Oppo Find X3 is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Oppo Find X3 measures 163.60 x 74.00 x 8.26mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 193.00 grams. It was launched in Black, Blue, and White colours.
