  Horrible service back up i brought eluga s last december 14.it was working well but last august 15 on words it was not getting charged.Since 1st september15 given to the service center. after 2 months i got call from them it is done and dispatched from their factory. yesterday i went to collect the same from their service center. I am literately astonished, since when i was giving it to service center it was charging up to 50 % , now when they are claimed it is done and replaced .it was charging at all . The guy sitting service center told it is come factory that is the reason they are not checked the same.now you forget them i will try my level to do the rectification. as MNC i never expect this from them .Now in my life time i am not going buy or recommend any panasonic product.
