  M4 aqua is not water proof mobile,as per my personal experience I used this mobile in light rain but after sometime mobile become restarting and vibrating,the water manage to get inside the mobile non of the button works and after some time water appear on the display of the mobile.and in both front and back camera also filled with water and now they are not working,I had contacted to service center and tell about this to them,they sayed to visit service center with bill.I had visited the service center and now they are saying that this not include under warrenty,as its WATERPROOF Mobile not Water RESISTANT,Now I dont know what can DO?

  I bought this mobile for 24k in Bangalore, and dint actually use it for the first 10days waiting for nano sim and other mobile accessories. From 11th day, the time when I started using the new phone with lots of excitement I started noticing issue with clarity of speech and heating problem. Camera is also not that great as compared with any other device. Approached the dealer to replace, they said replace option available only for the first week. Started living with same problem for few more days and noticed the mike is completely gone, got to hear nothing from the other side. Also handset wasn?t receiving signals at all ... Handset is with the service station for already 15 days and managed to see lots of customers in service station with crying and angry faces. Sony, you lost your credibility because of mobiles. Highly disappointed with the handset and service. People say NO to Sony mobiles.

• Sony M4 Bad Performance & bad time start.

  M4 launch in chennai 28 May 2015,i brought ( Rs.24000) first day second handset in sony exclusive showroom in chennai .from Day 1 heating problem was start,day by day problem has raised, like heating problem,low battery life,camera blur image,no touch pad volume and security alert problem.with in 30 days three time given to service centre,problem not solve.Finally my hand set given to service center on 30 june 2015, til date date handset not reciceved.many times i mail to xperia care no result. Sony not bother about my phone,After long decision finally i mail to xperia care i don't want Sony M4 Keep it free and do R&D,i don't need M4 Serviced,replacement or refund. i will manage my Rs.24000 loss. my usage is 26 days out 72 day til date. why sony give warrenty and guarantee here no meaning So Please Sony Manufacture good product and serve good product to consumer. • very bad phone

  from the first day heating problem. after 20 to 30 days there are problem with sound sound not properly listen and receiver also not receive proper sound. when i went to sony center charged 1000 for speaker and mike. sony mobile is not good mobile.

• Not Water Proof- Total Waste of Hard Earned Money

  I bought this 'wonderful' mobile 6 months back. Due to my running and cycling activity, I sweat a lot and so this was best option being 'water proof'. It worked well during all my activities. It used to get hot and I washed it under tap for 2-3 times to my curiosity and no problems. About 20 days back, I went for cycling and got caught in monsoon showers, rest of my cyclist friends covered their mobiles in protective wraps but i kept mobile in pocket and cycled for half an hour in rain. As soon as, I reached home and took out my mobile, it was dead and didn't start again. I took it to Sony service center and when I mentioned this mobile is 'water proof', I was told it is not water proof but ' water resistant'. The phone was kept for 10 days at Sony service centre, Wave mall sector, 18 Noida and returned to me without any repair. To my shock,I was told to take it to some local repair shop. Hard earned money wasted without any repair....feels really bad.
