OPPO's latest mobile launch is the Pad 5. The tablet was launched in 16th October 2025. The tablet comes with a 12.10-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2120 pixels by 3000 pixels.

The OPPO Pad 5 is powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor and it comes with 12GB of RAM. The tablet packs 256GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Pad 5 packs a 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The OPPO Pad 5 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 10420mAh non removable battery. It measures 289.61 x 209.66 x 5.97 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 675.00 grams.
