AKAI gears up for festive season with new TV launches

Gearing up for the upcoming festive season, AKAI has launched three new TVs in the Indian market. This new range comprises of two new LED TV models and one new LCD TV.

First up is the Akai 29E12, which is a 29-inch LED TV and has a 9 mm narrow bezel. This LED TV has two USB slots and includes support for all popular video, picture and music formats including full HD movies. It is priced at Rs. 21,990.

The company is expecting the model to get a good customer response like its earlier launched narrow bezel LED TVs.

The other LED TV that has been launched by the company is AKAI 40-inch Takashi 40. This LED has12 mm bezel and display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. AKAI Takashi 40 LED has 3 HDMI slots and has one USB slot. The television is now available across India for Rs.44,990.

Lastly, the company also introduced a LCD TV called Cutie, which is a 15-inch LCD TV model. Cutie comes with dynamic contrast of 100000:1 and a sound of 200W PMPO Stereo. This 15-inch LCD is priced at Rs. 7,990.

He further added, "We are targeting a growth of 50 percent in the festive season and our innovative launches coupled with festive offers and discounts will further help us achieve these figures."
