One of the biggest features of the new Apple TV is its Siri integration. At the time of unveiling, the company demonstrated its streaming device's capability to allow users to use voice commands to find movie and TV show titles on the Apple TV. It even comes with a voice-based remote control, called Siri Remote. The company had announced that it will allow users to search for music content on Apple Music using Siri commands by early next year. The feature has already made its way to tvOS in the latest beta.

Users are reporting that Siri on tvOS 9.1 beta allows them to make voice searches on Apple Music as well as Beats 1 radio. Tech blog iDownloadBlog reports that Siri currently allows users to search for artist, album, or song and play titles. It is also working with Beats 1. However, Siri isn't able to handle all requests accurately, which suggests that the feature is currently being shaped and will take its time to arrive on stable tvOS build. The feature, in any limited form, isn't available on tvOS 9.

Alongside the unveiling of the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and the iPad Pro, Apple also unveiled the fourth-generation of the Apple TV. The media streaming device looks the same as the third-generation Apple TV but comes with a range of hardware and software improvements such as a host of new apps.

Separately, the company on Monday began to seed the first update to tvOS 9. Dubbed tvOS 9.0.1, the point update doesn't offer a changelog, which implies that we're only looking at bug fixes. As per media reports, tvOS 9.0.1 still doesn't support Bluetooth keyboards and Apple's Remote app for iOS.
