Vivo X70 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor that features 1 core clocked at 3 MHz, 2 cores clocked at 2.6 MHz and 4 cores clocked at 2.0 MHz. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X70 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4,450mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo X70 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X70 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 40-megapixel (f/1.89) primary camera; a 12-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 12-megapixel (f/1.98) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture. The front camera also features autofocus.
