Xolo Q510s is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM. The Xolo Q510s runs Android 4.4.2 and is powered by a 1500mAh removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xolo Q510s on the rear packs 5-megapixel camera. It sports a 0.3-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
