Cat S31 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Cat S31 runs Android 7.1 and is powered by a 4000mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Cat S31 on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
