As 2016 winds down, we still have a trickle of phone launches happening in the mid-range space. After Lenovo’s recent K6 Note announcement, Coolpad and LeEco's joint effort, called the Cool 1 Dual, has made its way to India. The phone was announced back in August, soon after LeEco's CEO Jia Yueting took over as Chairman of Coolpad.
Coolpad Cool 1 Dual Summary
The Coolpad Cool 1 Dual is the first phone to be launched post the company’s association with LeEco. The phone is similar to Coolpad’s previous offerings in terms of design, but uses LeEco’s EUI software based on Android Marshmallow. The design is generic but build quality is good. The Cool 1 Dual is powered by a Snapdragon 652 SoC, but units sold online will have 4GB of RAM while those sold offline at the same price will have 3GB. There’s 32GB of storage, but unfortunately, no microSD slot. Performance is very good, and so is battery life. Camera quality is just about average, as daylight shots end up looking soft and low-light shots are grainy. Overall, at Rs.13,999, this is a decent option but lacks any singular standout feature.

Performance is excellent and inbuilt applications like phone manager, battery saver are very helpful. No issues with this phone and I bought this from online. And the design is very attractive camera has 13+13mp dual rear camera and pro option ,front camera has 8mp with beauty filter , till now there is no difference in picture quality. And battery backup is awesome 😍😍😍 just loved it!!!!!Is this review helpful?
