OPPO A6x 5G mobile was launched on 2nd December 2025. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.75-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1,570 pixels (HD+) at a pixel density of 256 pixels per inch (ppi). OPPO A6x 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM. The OPPO A6x 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6,500mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO A6x 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO A6x 5G on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The OPPO A6x 5G runs ColorOS 15 is based on Android 15 and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage. The OPPO A6x 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The OPPO A6x 5G measures 166.60 x 78.50 x 8.60mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 212.00 grams. It was launched in Ice Blue and Olive Green colour.

Connectivity options on the OPPO A6x 5G include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.40, USB Type-C, 4G , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The OPPO A6x 5G supports face unlock.
