After the launch of HTC One X and One V in India, HTC Desire C is now available in the country. Priced at Rs.14,299, it was spotted in stock today at online retailer Buytheprice.com. The entry-level Android device that runs on Android 4.0, features a 3.5-inch display with 320x480 resolution.

The smartphone is powered by a 600MHz processor and comes with 512 MB RAM and Sense 4.0 user interface. It offers 4GB of internal storage with the option of expandable memory through a microSD slot.

Other features include a 5.0 MP camera with LED flash, Beats Audio integration and 25 GB of free Dropbox space for 2 years.

It is the fifth smartphone to be a part of the Desire range, after the original Desire, Desire HD, Desire Z, and Desire S. The mobile manufacturer is also expected to launch One S in the country soon.

With a lack of Android phones running on Ice Cream Sandwich in this price range, Desire C might be able to capture some market.
