Huawei Ascend G510 and Ascend Y300 with Android Jelly Bean up for pre-orders

Two new Android smartphones from Huawei, the Ascend G510 and Ascend Y300 are now available for pre-order on Indian e-commerce site, Flipkart. While the Ascend G510 has been priced at Rs. 10,990, the Ascend Y300 is available for Rs. 7,980, as per the listing. Both smartphones will be released in the first week of April. Both handsets run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The Huawei Ascend G510 sports a 4.5-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480x854 pixels and colour depth of 16M. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHZ Qualcomm ARM Cortex-A5, Dual Core processor and has 512MB of RAM. It has an internal storage capacity of 1GB that can be expanded to up to 32GB via microSD card. The phone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter. It includes a 1700 mAh battery, promising 5 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby time.
