The smartphone is powered by MediaTek's MT6575 platform with a 1GHz single-core Cortex-A9 processor along with PowerVR SGX531 GPU. Just like other dual-SIM smartphones by LG, the Optimus L4 II Dual comes with a capacitive SIM switch button, which enables users to easily swap between the two SIMs.

There is no official word on when this smartphone will start retailing but given that it has been listed on LG's website, that should happen soon. In the Russian market, the LG Optimus L4 II Dual is available in two colour options - Black and White, but so far in India only the White version has been listed.
