Currently, the Moto G (Gen 3) 16GB storage model is only up for sale via Amazon India. Motorola says that the 8GB storage mode will be available via Amazon India by the end of the week. To recall, after a long period of exclusivity, the Lenovo-owned company had last year that Moto devices will be available via select Airtel stores alongside new e-commerce retail partners Snapdeal and Amazon. These included devices like the Moto E (Gen 2), and most recently, the Moto X Force was launched on Amazon India.
Last month, Motorola announced price cuts for the Moto G (Gen 3) and Moto G Turbo Edition in India. The Motorola Moto G (Gen 3) is now priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 8GB inbuilt storage model (previously available at Rs. 11,999), while the 16GB model is priced at Rs. 10,999 (down from Rs. 12,999). The Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition, on the other hand, is now priced at Rs. 12,499, down from its launch price of Rs. 14,499. The two smartphones were previously available exclusively via Flipkart.
