While we still wait for the official unveiling of Nokia's alleged phablet, the Lumia 1520, which is expected for an October 22 launch, a press render of a purported Verizon-bound Lumia 929 has surfaced online.

Courtesy of the prolific phone tipster, @evleaks comes the latest leak that shows the Lumia 929 exclusive for Verizon, what seems to be a carrier-specific version of the rumoured Lumia 1520. The leaked press render shows the device in Black colour and appears to follow the design language as seen in Lumia family. There is a Verizon logo branding on top along with Nokia branding. Below the screen are three capacitive buttons for back, home and search as seen in other Windows Phones. @evleaks also claims that the Lumia 929 will come in a White colour variant as well.

Additionally, The Verge cites some sources close to Nokia and claims that the alleged Lumia 929 will be released before the end of 2013 and is likely to feature full-HD display. The site notes that the device will not feature 6-inch display but will come with full-HD display. However, presently little is known about the specification of the device.

Earlier, purported images of a White variant of an unnamed Lumia device were shared on the Chinese forum, Weibo. It was reported that the images of the unknown Lumia device might be bound to Verizon as the rear panel of the phone comes with logo of the carrier. The leaked image showed the rear panel of the device that featured the camera alongside a dual-LED flash. The rear camera appeared to house a 20-megapixel sensor with PureView branding on it along with Carl Zeiss optics.
