Samsung Galaxy Note II was originally showcased at IFA Trade fair last month and comes with several improvements over the predecessor including the latest version of Android - Jelly Bean.
Despite the improved internals, Note II will be thinner than its predecessor at 9.4mm and will come in 16/32/64GB storage options.
Galaxy Note II features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1.6GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. The device also comes with 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera and a huge 3,100mAh battery on-board.
Samsung has also made quite a few changes on the software front in Note II. It sports a new feature called Air View, which allows users to hover with the S-Pen over an email, image gallery, or video to preview its content without having to open it. On the lines of Popup Play, company has also included Popup Note in Note II which lets users make/edit a note on the screen while using another app.
The phablet is expected to go on sale starting next week in the country, but the pricing is still unclear.
Samsung Galaxy Note has already gone on sale in South Korea today with UK expected to get it next week along with India.
