Samsung's rumoured Z2 Tizen-based smartphone has finally got an anticipated launch day. The company over the weekend started sending media invites for an event on Tuesday where it is widely expected to unveil the Samsung Z2 Tizen-powered smartphone.

Some of the design features seen in the purported video were textured rear panels and rear camera accompanied by LED flash. The video highlighted some of the notable features of the unannounced Samsung Z2 such as Ultra Data Saving Mode which has been lately seen on the company's entire budget and mid-range smartphones. One of the biggest highlights of the Z2 was it supports 4G, which will make it the first Tizen-powered smartphone to support 4G LTE in the country.

An earlier report claimed that the Samsung Z2 Tizen-powered smartphone may be priced at Rs. 4,499 and would come with a 4.5-inch display, 2000mAh battery, 1GB of RAM, dual-SIM support, and 4G with VoLTE support.
