The last time the Sony Xperia Z1s was leaked was in an Amazon listing that didn't reveal much in terms of details of the device except the fact that it might launch on November 26. However, thanks to a Russian technology site, Mobile Telefon, we now have a bunch of purported images of the Xperia Z1s, along with some screenshots that are said to reveal the overall design and specifications of the yet-to-be-announced device.

One of the leaked images shows the alleged Xperia Z1s with model number D5503, and also reveals it to be running Android 4.3 with build version 14.2.A.0.205. It's worth pointing out that the Sony Xperia Z1s is rumoured to be an international variant of the Japan-only Xperia Z1 f, which has a SO-02F model number.

Some images have been shot showing the rumoured Xperia Z1s with a ruler, giving an estimate of the dimensions of the device. The leaked screenshots also reveal 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and the same Xperia UI as seen in Xperia Z1.

Earlier, the Xperia Z1s, believed to be the mini-variant of Xperia Z1, was briefly listed on Sony's global site that confirmed the existence of the smartphone.

In addition, like other Xperia Z smartphones, the Xperia Z1s is said to be waterproof and dust-proof.
