Xolo has launched another budget smartphone under its Q Series. The smartphone is christened Xolo Q600 and comes with a price tag of Rs. 8,999.

The Xolo Q600 features a 4.5-inch TFT FWVGA display with a resolution of 480X854 pixels and a pixel density of 217ppi. The smartphone is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with Power VR SGX544 GPU. Internally, Xolo Q700 packs in 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded by up to 32GB via microSD card.

The smartphone comes with a 2,000mAh battery, which as per the company claims delivers up to 13.4 hours of talk time on 2G network and up to 10 hours of talk time on 3G, and a standby time of 333 hours.

For camera, there is a 5-megapixel rear camera that can also record videos at 30 frames per second. There is a 0.3-megapixel front camera for clicking self-images and video calling. It is a dual-SIM smartphone with dual standby. Other connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS.

The Xolo Q600 runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Apart from the Xolo Q600, the company is also offering Xolo Q700, Xolo Q800 and Xolo Q1000 smartphones in the Q series.

The Xolo Q600 will be competing head on with Micromax Canvas Lite A92, Lava Iris 458q, Intex Aqua Flash and Karbonn A9+.
