Listed on the company's website, the iBall Slide 3G 7271-HD70 tablet is the successor to the previously launched Slide 3G 7271 HD7. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It comes with dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) 3G support with voice-calling and dual standby features.
The Slide 3G 7271-HD70 tablet features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 600x1024 pixels. It is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) like its predecessor the Slide 3G 7271 HD7, coupled with 1GB of RAM (instead of 512MB).
The iBall Slide 3G 7271-HD70 tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is also a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera onboard. It includes 8GB of inbuilt storage, out of which only 2GB is occupied by the system for files, but there is no word on the expandability option.
The tablet packs a similar 3000mAh battery than the Slide 3G 7271 HD7 at 2500mAh. Connectivity options on the iBall Slide 3G 7271-HD70 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, GPS/A-GPS and 3G.
The tablet is also available for purchase via Infibeam at Rs. 7,799.
