The new tablet from Lenovo is now available to buy from the company's official The Do Store and comes bundled with a detachable keyboard. The Lenovo Miix 3 tablet also comes with one-year subscription to Office 365.
The Miix 3 tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen offering a screen resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. It is powered by an Intel Atom Processor Z3735F (unspecified clock speed - reference base clock 1.33GHz, burst frequency up to 1.83GHz, 4 cores, 4 threads), which Lenovo touts has been used for the first time in its tablet lineup.
The tablet comes with 2GB of RAM and includes 32GB (eMMC) of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB). Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Mini HDMI, and Micro-USB. The company has not revealed the battery capacity on the Miix 3 tablet; though mentions a battery life of up to 7 hours. The Lenovo Miix 3 tablet sports a 2-megapixel front camera.
Last month, the Chinese company launched the Tab 2 A7-10 tablet in India at a budget price of Rs. 4,999 exclusively via Snapdeal. Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 features a 7-inch screen size with 1024x600pixel display resolution translating to a pixel density of 170ppi. The Android 4.4 KitKat running device is yet to be confirmed by the firm to be in-line for an Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
The tablet features a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8127 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 offers 8GB of inbuilt storage with an expansion option via microSD card (up to 32GB).
