I had complaint regarding the bettery in delhi base service center and they tell me it will replace. Now it more than 3 weeks and service center is telling they dont have parts. i mail to company and below is the shocking reply from there team and now they are not receiving my call Dear Sir Actually this model has some issue in part support so these type of calls are coming. we are sorry to inconvenience. These cases are in process.please wait some time we will resolve and update you very soon.

Battery Problem

I brought this product from online shop in jan 2015 and within 3 months battery problem started.I live in Nashik I searched Videocon service center everywhere ,finally i found only one service center in whole Nashik. Battery is in warranty period so Service center replaced my battery after 2 months of complaint about battery.The new battery had same problem.I suggest u should not buy this product as their is manufacturing problem in battery.
