It was launched in Drizzling Gold and Stellar Black colour. It bears a plastic body.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y16 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB OTG, USB Type-C, FM radio, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
