"We are excited to partner with Apollo Hospitals and provide more Indians with convenient access to quality healthcare. Our efforts in this space began a few months ago and we look forward to working closely with more partners in the healthcare sector in the future," an Uber spokesperson said in the statement.

"Apollo Hospitals is committed to providing excellent service to its customers. The tie up with Uber, will help people travel comfortably to the Apollo Hospital or Clinic of their choice, when they come to do their health checks.
