  Worst product ever. Please do not buy after 2 years the door fell off. someone from service centre came and told us to fix a hinge on the fridge door for that he took 800 bucks. no support for a really bad product.

  We purchased this refrigerator in the month of December 2015 as we were shifting to a new house. As the work in the house wasn't complete, the fridge was lying around for a few weeks, though I agree that was our fault.But when we finally opened the packaging, we saw that the fridge only had a BEE rating of 1 star out of 5. So, don't trust the people who have said in the answers that the fridge has a 4 star rating. It has a 1 star rating, which is very low for the price we are paying. There's no problem at all with the technology in the fridge, as the cooling etc is amazing. But 1 star is too less.Secondly, coming to my main point, as I said, we opened the refrigerator after a few weeks of delivery. On opening we saw that one plastic drawer was in broken condition, and rendered it totally unusable. Soon, another plastic shelf above the vegetable tray broke on one side, and kept coming off at the drop of a hat.The glass shelves are of really good quality, as of now. But the plastic used is of really poor quality. So much for German engineering!When we informed the guys over at Bosch about the broken parts, they said they'll get back to us regarding the broken shelves issue. Got a call from them that evening, with them telling me that we'll have to pay extra for the shelves as we informed them late.Pay extra for something broken since the beginning??? No thanksDisappointed with the Bosch Service, and with Amazon for not giving complete information about the ratings and power consumption.The delivery was lightning fast, though. That's one thing where Amazon never disappoints.

  In the last 3 years, the refrigerator crashed 3 times. The service by BOSCH Pune it terrible. After giving a complaint they came after 4 days. Still not sorted out. I strongly recommend nobody to buy this fridge. Poor quality fridge, extremely poor service.
