Covered in Warranty	Warranty is non-transferrable, Valid only in the Territory of India and limited to the first purchaser. Warranty covers electrical / functional parts only. Circumstances where the replacement of the entire unit/product is approved (by brand), the same model shall be replaced and if the same model is not available then full Invoice value will be returned to the customer. Faulty/defective spare/s or product becomes a property of the brand. While carrying out repair, brands may use accessories or spare/s part/s product that are new or refurbished or reconditioned. This warranty covers only the defects in the product arising out of manufacturing. Missing/defective accessories shall be repaired / replaced with new one, and not the complete product. Not Covered in Warranty	Improper installation or damages where installation done by self / 3rd party person. In the case of commercial usage (hostel, paying guest, salon, hotel, office, etc ) of the product, the warranty period is limited to 90 days. No warranty on certain / passive parts of product failures e.g. rubber/plastic/LED/fasteners /cable/wires/knob /honey com/trays /frame/body/tank/ wheels etc. No warranty on external / internal accessories parts like inlet / outlet hose or pipes, mounts, stands etc. Defects arising like improper usage, miss-handling, usage not as per user manual / normal wear and tear physical damages / electrical damage caused by abnormal voltage/spike/earthing conditions are not covered under warranty. Plumbing/electrical works are not in scope of installation & repair. The brand shall not be liable for any loss or damage, cost of expense that arises due to inability or improper usage of product. Warranty shall be null & void if-type or serial number on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.	The company is not responsible for any consequential loss or damages caused due to customer negligence.
