But now went the Battery is done, I must put it of before charging it. I can't charge it again went it is on. I have to put it of before. Can u please tell me wat to do?Is this review helpful?

Digiflip Is Not From FlipkartLokeshwer Sathyanarayanan (Nov 27, 2015) on Gadgets 360MoS: Cheap Product. Attractive to buy. Product Quality is cheap. After sales service is pathetic If you are under the impression it is backed by Flipkart just as AmazonBasics, then you are terribly wrong. With 2 week return policy, they just replace the faulty devices fixing issue. There's no guarantee that you will get new one. I had to replace twice in a month. One had white spot in display and they asked me to run several application. After 3 months the device went dead. I took it to service center and service center collected the device. That's it. After 2 months I am still without a tab. Sent mail . Called up customer care. Email sachin :) Well nothing happened. Looks like DigiFlip is kind of sister entity in disguise. May be Flipkart's tax planning venture (evading??)Is this review helpful?
