• Good Washing Machine no sound works smooth!!

  Received Washing machine very quick just in two days. Haier machine works good no sound at all when compared to my Lg machine. compact and NZP- Near Zero Pressure is the best technology for current water issue all over the town. I got it for 12600/- with Addition HDFC card discount..For this price this WM is best.. Just the installation guy came after a week which was the concern area. So overall I give 4 star.

  Please guys don't buy anything from online websites specially from FLIPKART they are fooling customers by giving false commitments & misleading them. You must be thinking why I am telling so now I will let you know. On 6th of Aug at night I was out of my mind so I ordered a Haier fully automatic machine from flipkart which was biggest mistake of my life I am regretting till now & don't know how long I had to regret it. On 7th Aug in afternoon the seller delivered the machine at my home in less than 12 hrs as he was waiting that koi to order kare or yeh machine use chipka du. My father took the delivery all other members were not at home. When we came home we checked machine it's drum seems to be small for our family size so we decided to exchange it with large capacity machine so I requested flilkart customer care to make a exchange but they rejected my request instantly then one of their executive told me to return it since then I am requesting flipkart customer care daily to return it but all I have heard from them is your request is under process our backend team will call you wait 24 hrs & from 7th Aug till 21st Aug no one has come or called me give a solution & let me one more funny thing or u can say nonsense thing one of their customer care executive is saying sir thode thode karke kapde dho lo...? one more thing they are mailing me sir thanks for purchasing your installation is done you must be enjoying product your uninstalling is done our technician visited you all false no one has ever come to have a look .so guys please don't spoil your money they are cheaters sitting besides this customer care teams all they have remembered is sir maaf kijiye hum aapki sahatya karenge keeps on repeating same stuff like ratu tootaas jo unhe sikhaya hai & if anyone of you want I can share those messages & mails with you. Please help me if anyone has faced issue like this what I can do or should I go to consumer court anyone knows procedure suggest me. Thanks for reading Kapil Nangia
